How do you relax?

I relax by playing music, when playing I feel more calm sometimes I even fall asleep without knowing how I sleep , It’s like the music transports me to another world where nothing else matters. This is why I believe that music is the most powerful form of relaxation. It has the ability to soothe the soul and ease the mind, no matter how stressed or anxious you may feel. Whether I’m playing an instrument or just listening to my favorite songs, music has become an essential part of my self-care routine.
