The privilege of God’s presence

Good evening beloved, I hope you are all doing well. Thank you for taking your time that you should be doing something more productive in your life but instead you read this message. This beautiful Sunday I would like us to take a little of our time together embracing God’s presence in our life’s

My dear brothers and sisters, today we come together to celebrate the privilege of being in the presence of God. It is a privilege, one that we often take for granted, but one that we must cherish always. For it is in God’s presence that we are transformed, strengthened, and renewed.

In the book of Psalm 16:11, we read, “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” In the presence of God, there is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore. These words should fill us with hope and gratitude, for we know that our heavenly Father loves us, and desires to bless us with His presence.

It is a privilege to be able to come into the presence of God and feel His love surround us. We should never take this for granted, but always treasure it. In the book of John 4:23-24, we read, “But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” Our worship of God should be genuine, sincere, and filled with gratitude. We should always come into his presence with a heart of thanksgiving and worship.

In the book of Hebrews 10:19-22, we read, “Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith.” Because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we have access to the throne of God. We can boldly approach Him with our prayers, petitions, and worship.

As we go through life, let us always remember the privilege of being in God’s presence. Let us never take it for granted, but always treasure it. Let us come into His presence with a heart of thanksgiving and worship, knowing that we are loved and cherished by our heavenly Father. May God bless you all. Amen.

  1. I appreciate how you used the scriptures to show us how God invites us, loves us, and blesses us with His presence. โ€œOur worship of God should be sincereโ€ therefore, indeed.

    • Your question is tricky but let me try to explain I’m sorry I will have to be little bit longer but I will try to keep it as short as possible. The reason why I think and believe that God exists. Is firstly, the complexity and order of the universe suggest the existence of an intelligent creator. When we look at the intricacy of the natural world, from the laws of physics to the formation of galaxies, itโ€™s difficult to imagine that everything could have happened by chance. This complexity and order indicate that there must be an intelligent being who created and sustains the universe.

Secondly, there are multiple philosophical arguments for the existence of God. For example, the argument from design argues that due to the complexity and purposeful design of the universe, there must be a designer. Additionally, the cosmological argument suggests that since everything in the universe has a cause, there must be an initial uncaused cause โ€“ which could be God.

Thirdly, the existence of morality suggests that God exists. Morality is not simply a human construct โ€“ it is something that is universally recognized across cultures and throughout history. Many people believe that this sense of morality comes from God, as it would not make sense for something like morality to exist without a higher power.

Finally, there are personal experiences that lead people to believe in God. Many people report feeling a sense of peace and comfort when they pray or attend religious services. Additionally, there are countless stories of miraculous healings and other supernatural experiences that point to the existence of God.

Intelligence, in part, lies in the willingness to explore concepts that are not immediately clear to us. Thus far, no definitive proof has been presented to assert that God does not exist. Scientists have made attempts to address this question, but they have not been able to provide conclusive evidence.

Acknowledging the limits of our understanding is crucial. There are aspects of existence that surpass human comprehension. It is natural for us, as humans, to encounter phenomena that are beyond our physical understanding. However, what concerns me is whether those who deny the existence of God take the time to observe and reflect upon the world around them. The intricacies of creation, as well as the very air we breathe, raise questions about their origins and existence. How is it that we have oxygen to sustain us?

      • ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ God gave human beings free will, to do as they please that is why no one is forced to believe in him. As for oxygen God gave the oxygen where it has to be. Human beings are not living in the moon ๐ŸŒ that is why there is no oxygen. And as for wars God never started the wars, instead humans did, those who believe in God they believe in harmony and God’s strength ๐Ÿ’ช but those who don’t believe in him they believe in their own strength and do what they think is right for them, that is why there are wars. For example the war between Russia and Ukraine. Vladimir Putin took the decision to make war in a situation that could have been resolved without the need of war.

      • So your god is dead. He or she no more!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ In the name of “free will’ don’t say that there is god. Your god is weak. Who hide himself or herself! ….why are you showing dual nature if something good happens you say god has done it but if something bad happens you say it’s human fault…you are nothing but a delusional personality…

      • If something happens at random then it is not the fault of human beings but when they took action on something that happened then it is their fault.
